BOISE -- Foreclosures seem to be everywhere, but a big one that could mean a new beginning for an old project.
An attorney for the Capital City Development Corporation confirmed that the Boise Tower site will be on the auction block on April 7th.
A bankruptcy judge gave the go-ahead for the downtown Boise property at 8th and Main streets to proceed to auction.
The minimum bid based on what's owed to the principal lender is $2.5 million plus interest, attorney's fees and other costs.
The proposed skyscraper has faced one financial roadblock after another and has been stalled for more than a decade.
