NAMPA -- Nampa Police are looking for five women wanted for writing checks on closed accounts.
Savannah Osborn, 22, is accused of passing bad checks on a Capital Educators account in and around the Nampa area. She is also being investigated by Ada County detectives for insufficient funds and passing checks on a closed account. Total loss for local businesses is around $700. Osborn is 5-foot-6, 122 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
Stephanie Derrick, 32, has been writing checks on a closed account through Mountain Gem Credit Union of Nampa. Police say she has a long history of fraud. Total loss to Mountain Gem Credit Union is around $7,524. Derrick is 5-foot-5, 115 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Cynthia Hauffen, 39, is currently writing checks on a closed account through Home Federal Bank. Total loss to the bank is $745. She is 5-foot-6, 215 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
Angela Britton, 26, has been writing bad checks on a US Bank account. She also goes by the last name of Garcia and is associated with Steve Atkins. Both subjects are homeless and possibly living out of their vehicle. She is 5-foot-6, 320 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Tabatha Kelley, 27, is also writing checks on a closed account through US Bank. The bank's loss is around $800. She is 5-foot-1, 158 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
All five suspects have moved from their last known address and left no forwarding information.
