BOISE -- Boise Police are asking for the public's help to find a teenage girl reported missing Wednesday morning.

Fifteen-year-old Hanah Hepworth was last seen riding her blue mountain bike at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after leaving a friend's house near W. Settlers Avenue and Cole Road.

Police say there's no evidence of foul play, but they point out some strange things about this case: Hanah does not have her phone with her, she has no history of running away, and nobody has heard from her since Tuesday afternoon.

She was last seen wearing a black skirt, sweatshirt and shoes.  Hanah had in her possession a camouflage backpack, a black "Steelers" backpack, and a viola.  She may have had a change of clothing in one of her backpacks. She may be wearing different clothes than those in the description if you see her.

Officers and the girl's family expressed concern for her well being and hope to locate her as soon as possible.

Police say Hepworth has not made contact with friends or family since she went missing. She missed her second day of school.

Anyone with information on Hanah's whereabouts is urged to call non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790.
