COUNCIL -- The Pins & Needles shop is run by Ken and Wendy Bell, who opened the shop not knowing anything about fabric and quilting.
Now, it's a completely different story. The shop is filled with quilts made by Ken, not to sell, but to instead inspire people who visit his store.
