I noticed a brand new floor for the NCAA games at Taco Bell Arena. Who paid for it?

The National Collegiate Athletic Association brings its basketball tournament to Boise and Taco Bell Arena every few years - and the latest event is going on now.
Sharp-eyed fans and TV watchers noticed that the floor with Boise State's logo in the middle disappeared - replaced by a shiny new floor with a large NCAA logo.
The floor cost $100,000 - not a small chunk of change in a recession. But tax dollars didn't help fund the expense -- instead it came from the NCAA.
Connor SportCourt International made the floor - one of several it made for the NCAA this year. Others went to Phoenix, Portland and Berkely.
But when Boise State basketball season rolls back around - the shiny new court will be out, and the bold Bronco head will return.
But a Connor rep. tells our Zach Wolken that the court will be stored in the Boise area -- which could be a positive sign of future NCAA tournaments to come.
