Lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, swimming pools and hot tubs - all of these are places where cryptosporidium bacteria can grow. Drinking recreational water containing crypto can make your or your children ill. Jennifer Slagle, an infection prevention practioner with St. Luke's, discusses symptoms, treatment and prevention.
