OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A second man faces charges in Oklahoma in the killings of a prostitute featured on HBO's "Cathouse" series and three other people.
Prosecutors charged Denny Edward Phillips with six first-degree murder counts Thursday in the 2009 shooting deaths in Oklahoma City. One of the victims, 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, had worked as a prostitute at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch near Carson City, Nev.
The legal brothel was featured on "Cathouse."
The others killed were 22-year-old Milagrous Barrera, 25-year-old Jennifer Ermey and 32-year-old Casey Mark Barrientos. The two additional murder charges are because Brooke Phillips and Barrera were pregnant.
The public defender's office representing Denny Phillips has not returned a call for comment.
David Tyner pleaded guilty in May to six first-degree murder counts in the case and received a life sentence.
