LOS ANGELES (AP) — Attorneys say they are trying to settle a dispute between Zsa Zsa Gabor's daughter and husband over the care of the ailing actress.
The two sides will appear before a mediator in late June and report back to a Los Angeles probate judge in July on whether the case can be resolved.
Gabor's daughter Constance Francesca Hilton is seeking a conservatorship to oversee her mother's medical care and finances. The move is opposed by Gabor's husband, Frederic von Anhalt, who is her caretaker.
Hilton appeared for a brief scheduling hearing Wednesday but did not speak.
Her attorney Kenneth Kossoff noted the history of acrimony between Hilton and von Anhalt but says he is hopeful their differences can be resolved outside of court.
