BOISE – Ada County prosecutors says one of three people accused of using a 15-year-old girl for prostitution has pleaded guilty to two counts of felony injury to a child.

Lindsey McKeehan, 23, of Boise, was scheduled to go on trial Dec. 1, but she changed her plea in a Boise courtroom Friday.  Prosecutors agreed to drop three additional charges in exchange for the guilty plea.  

According to police, McKeehan, Colby Watson, 36, of Boise, and Douglas Winberry, 50, of Meridian, were offering sexual services for the girl on the Internet site Craigslist.

The three are also charged with having sex with the teen in exchange for meth.

Police say Watson and McKeehan took photos and video of the sex acts.

A search of Winberry’s home in June found a CD of sexually exploitative images of a female under 18.

Winberry fled Idaho last summer but was later arrested in central Washington and charged with lewd conduct with a minor, sexual exploitation of a child, possession of sexually explicit materials and inducing a person under 18 into prostitution. 

McKeehan is expected to testify against Watson and Winberry at their Dec. 1 trial.

She pleaded guilty to one count of giving a teen meth and one count of having sexual contact with a teen and letting a man watch.

McKeehan now faces up to 10 years in prison with two years fixed, if the judge agrees to the prosecutor’s recommendation.  

She could be eligible for parole in six months when the case comes under review. Sentencing is set for Dec. 19.
