72-year-old charged with raping 20-year-old niece

Eugene Ray Cobbell, 72, of Browning, Montana, has been arrested and charged with rape.
GARDEN CITY -- Garden City Police have arrested a 72-year-old Montana man in connection with an alleged rape of his niece that occurred earlier this morning.
Officers were called to a home around 3:50 in the 8300 block of West Creekrun to investigate a woman's call for help.
Detectives interviewed a 20-year-old woman who was reportedly awakened while being attacked by her uncle, Eugene Ray Cobbell.
Upon further investigation, Cobbell was arrested at the scene and charged with rape.
He was booked into the Ada County Jail this morning and will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon.
