This baby boy was born just after a crash involving his mother Jennifer on Jan. 29 in Boise. Jennifer died shortly after giving birth.

BOISE - The baby of pregnant mother who died in a car accident in January, has himself passed away.

Kaleikaumaka Storch clung to life for seven weeks after his birth by emergency cesarean section.

His mother -- 30-year old Jennifer Storch -- died shortly after her vehicle slammed head-on into a semi-truck on an icy winter road.

Family members say the baby was taken off life support at Saint Alphonsus Thursday.

He passed away just before 10 p.m.
