TWIN FALLS -- A southern Idaho woman has reached a plea agreement after being charged with duping residents into giving her money by falsely claiming she was pregnant with triplets and that her daughter had cancer.

The Times-News reports 44-year-old Lisa Holley of Buhl is scheduled to change her plea on Thursday. She is charged with three counts of grand theft by deception.

Holley and her husband, Michael, were charged in August 2012 with holding a fundraising car wash for their daughter, who they said had leukemia. Police say the girl is not sick.

In October, Lisa Holley was charged with faking being pregnant with triples and taking $1,435 in money and gifts from members of a Buhl church.

Michael Holley recently entered an Alford plea to aiding and abetting grand theft by deception.
