BURLEY -- A south-central Idaho man already serving up to a 20-year-sentence for lewd conduct with a minor has pleaded guilty to two more counts of felony lewd conduct with a child.
The Times-News reports in a story published Friday that 28-year-old Josue Pablo Diaz pleaded guilty in 5th District Court.
The agreement calls for Diaz to receive a sentence of two to five years to run concurrently with his existing prison term.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 12.
Authorities say Diaz was a teacher's aide in the Cassia County School District when he engaged in illegal contact with five boys ages 5 to 7. Diaz was 19 and 20 years old at the time.
He was originally charged with six felony lewd conduct counts but four were dropped as part of the plea deal.
