NAMPA -- The Idaho State Police are looking for the driver of a semi truck that was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Interstate 84 in Nampa this morning.

Troopers were called at 6:19 a.m. to investigate an injury crash on I-84 near milepost 35, the Northside exit in Nampa.

Police say 54-year-old Leann Miller of Caldwell was westbound in the right lane in a 2002 Ford Taurus and was attempting to change lanes.  At the same time, a semi truck attempted to move into the same lane and struck the back of Miller's car.

The impact of the crash caused the Taurus to spin. The rear of the car struck the jersey barrier and the car came to rest in the median of the interstate.  Miller was wearing a seatbelt.  She was treated by medical personnel at the scene.

Police were not able to locate the semi involved in the crash.
