TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- A south-central Idaho man who police say fired two shots into a house in Twin Falls has been charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied home.
The Times-News reports that 50-year-old James Scott Christensen was charged Friday in 5th District Court.
Police say Christensen on Thursday fired two shots through the open front door of a house, missing a man standing in the living room talking on a cellphone. Police say they recovered two bullets in the living room wall.
Police say they also recovered a bullet from the door frame apparently fired from the living room.
Police say it's unclear who fired from the living room.
