BOISE -- Ada County Sheriff's deputies are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Maverik Store near Five Mile and Victory roads just before 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Deputies say a masked man with a gun came into the store, walked up to the counter and demanded money from the clerk.  The men then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.  The clerk was not hurt during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 18-20 years old, about 5-foot-11, 120 pounds, with brown eyes.  He was wearing a black and gray plaid jacket, gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.

Deputies and Boise Police officers searched the area, but did not locate the robber.

Anyone with information about the suspect is urged to call Ada County Sheriff's detectives at 208-577-3738.

This is the same Maverik store that was robbed in mid-November. Two people were arrested in that robbery.
