Police seek 3 men in Boise Bench robbery

BOISE -- Boise Police are asking for the public's help in identifying three men suspected of robbing two people outside a Boise Bench apartment Sunday morning.

Witnesses reported to police the robbery happened around 4:30 a.m. Sunday at an apartment complex near S. Vista Avenue and W. Cherry Lane.

Police say the suspects approached two teens and robbed them of cash and personal items. One of the men appeared to be armed with a knife. All the suspects are believed to be in their early 20s.

Suspect #1 is described as heavy set, short black hair and a goatee, wearing long plaid shorts, dark shoes and a dark t-shirt with the words "Get Money".

Suspect #2 has long dark hair pulled back in a ponytail under a two-tone ball cap, wearing long pants and a white t-shirt.

Suspect #3 wore plaid shorts, a white t-shirt, a ball cap with three large letters beginning with a "K" and ending with "S", black hair, husky build, goatee.

The suspects may be in a green minivan.
