BOISE – The Boise Police Department has released surveillance video that caught a shooting on camera in downtown Boise early Sunday morning. The images show the suspects, not the victim.

Police hope someone will recognize the men and help investigators identify them.

Investigators believe the shooting is gang related.

The shooting in question happened on the southeast corner of Capitol Boulevard and Main Street at 1:15 early Sunday morning. No one was seriously injured, and Boise Police are still looking for who fired the shots.

At this time, officers from the Boise Police Violent Crimes Unit and the Boise Police Gang Unit are investigating the incident.

One suspect is described as 5’5 to 5’8 tall, with a slender build and a shaved head. The suspect is clearly wearing a red plaid jacket.

Anyone who may have additional information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
