BOISE -- Police say a Boise man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for burglary after he allegedly stole $400 worth of Legos from a Boise store on June 26th.
Officers arrested 31-year-old Jeremy Mark Liedtke on Monday. They say he filled a shopping cart with $400 worth in Lego toys, then left the store without paying.
Furthermore, police say when store employees confronted Liedtke in the parking lot, he ran away.
After Liedtke was arrested on Monday afternoon, he was booked at the Ada County Jail on one charge of felony burglary.
A check through Idaho state records shows Liedtke has prior convictions for assault, petty theft, driving without a license, marijuana possession, and various other offenses.
