BLACKFOOT, Idaho -- A 21-year-old Blackfoot man has been arrested on suspicion of felony manslaughter after a weekend crash that killed his passenger.

Bingham County deputies say 21-year-old Charles Neff was driving near McTucker Ponds near American Falls Reservoir at about 1:40 a.m. Saturday when his Jeep crashed.

The Idaho State Journal reports Neff's passenger -- 20-year-old Maddison Bartausky of Blackfoot -- died at the scene.

The Bingham County sheriff's office is still investigating the crash.
