BOISE -- Garden City Police arrested 32-year-old Eric Hackett, of Eagle, Thursday night after he was thrown out of the Flogging Molly concert.

Police say Revolution Concert House security members told them that Hackett was bloody from fighting inside the venue and was no longer allowed inside.

Officers saw the man walk through the parking lot and urinate on the hood of a red car. The driver of that car started to honk the horn. When Hackett saw police, he took off running through the parking lot. Two Garden City officers tackled him and took him into custody after he refused to stop.

Police say because Hackett's blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit, he was taken from the jail to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. On the way to the hospital, Hackett tried kicking out the windows of the patrol car.

Hackett was booked into the Ada County jail on disorderly conduct, resisting and obstructing officers, and malicious injury to property charges.
