BOISE -- A Boise man is accused of trying to set an apartment complex on fire early Sunday morning.
Police arrested 72-year-old Ronald Swier after witnesses say he tried to set an apartment on Jefferson street on fire.
Neighbors told police they watched him pour lighter fluid on a rag and throw it between the apartment and storage unit.
