BOISE -- Twenty-one people charged in a Treasure Valley gang conspiracy case are in prison - or headed there.
Thursday afternoon, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced that Oscar Garcia of Umatilla, Oregon, and Juan Jiminez - already in state prison - have each been sentenced to ten years in prison for conspiring to participate in a racketeering enterprise.
Garcia was also sentenced for attempted murder.
Both men pleaded guilty in January.
A total of 11 defendants have been sentenced to federal prison as part of the "Brown Magic Clica" conspiracy case.
Ten others have been convicted and sentenced in state court.
