BOISE -- A Boise man serving a 10-year prison sentence for attempted lewd conduct with a minor faces a charge alleging he accepted into his prison account money he knew his fiancee made by having sex with paying customers.

Justin Miles Nuckols was recently arrested on a charge of accepting the earnings of a prostitute. He also was charged with illicit conveyance of articles into a correctional facility after investigators found 40-year-old Laura LeFavour also sent Nuckols nude photos. His preliminary hearing is set for April 4.

Authorities began investigating in January 2011.

LeFavour was initially cited for prostitution and illicit conveyance, but those charges were dismissed when she pleaded guilty in July to possessing child pornography investigators found on her computer. She is serving a 10-year prison term.

Nuckols' lewd conduct sentence ends in April 2014.
