VALLEY COUNTY -- One person suspected of growing marijuana in Valley County is under arrest.
The suspect has not been identified because of the ongoing investigation, but the sheriff's office says they also seized three weapons.
Nearly 1,700 marijuana plants were found and removed from an area near the National Forest 698 Road.
It appears that some of the plants had already been harvested.
The remaining plants would have been worth about $3.3 million.
Numerous federal, state and local law enforcement agencies assisted in the drug eradication effort.
