TWIN FALLS -- An Idaho man will spend up to 22 years in prison for the stabbing death of 24-year-old Daniel Paiz.

The Times-News reports Cayde Lish was sentenced on voluntary manslaughter with a deadly weapon enhancement on Friday in 5th District Court.

Judge Richard Bevan sentenced Lish to 22 years but said he could be eligible for parole after serving at least 10 years.

Lish was convicted of stabbing Paiz 13 times in the back and once in the arm after arguing with Paiz outside Canyon Crest Dining and Event Center in Twin Falls last year.
