BOISE -- A 66-year-old Eagle man is facing sentencing in a federal court after pleading guilty to distribution of controlled substances at two smoke shops in Boise.

William Oldenburg used to operate both the Pit Stop Express and Boise Beverage and Tobacco, both on Fairview Avenue in Boise.

Oldenburg was arrested in May of 2012, along with 14 others, in what police called "Operation Headshop - Not for Human Consumption."

Federal prosecutors say Oldenburg's smoke shop was known to engage in selling drug paraphernalia or "smoking accessories" to drug users and traffickers.

Oldeburg's sentencing is set for June 17th.
