IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- Police in eastern Idaho say a 31-year-old man who head-butted a waitress in a bar and threatened others with a gun has been arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated assault and one count of simple battery.
Police say when they arrived Friday night at the Blue Wave Bar in Idaho Falls they found Jared R. Buchanan outside holding a gun to his head.
A SWAT team set up a perimeter and police used a bean bag gun to subdue Buchanan.
Authorities tell KIFI-TV that Buchanan was treated for minor injuries at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and then put into police custody.
