NAMPA -- Police say a 21-year-old Nampa man is in the hospital after an early morning crash where he apparently drove his car into the side of a home.
Nampa Police officers responded to the crash near the intersection of Dewey Street and Clark Avenue at approximately 3 a.m.
There they found a Blue 1990 Isuzu Amigo that apparently lost control going around a curve, crashed through a fence, and then struck the house, causing a significant amount of damage.
Officers also report finding the 21-year-old man -- who they believe was driving the vehicle -- lying on the ground behind the vehicle with unknown injuries.
The man was taken to a local hospital shortly afterward.
Police say no one was in the house at the time of the crash.
They suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash.
