BOISE -- Former Canyon County Prosecutor, John Bujak will be representing himself in court once again, this time in his false evidence and computer crimes case.
Bujak was representing himself on allegations that he illegally took public money from the county while he was in office, earlier this month.
That ended in a mistrial.
On Tuesday, a judge ruled Bujak may represent himself again, come February.
He is accused of falsifying documents in his misuse of public moneys case.
Bujak told KTVB representing himself is "not an ideal situation" - but that it's his best option.
The judge appointed stand-by attorneys if Bujak needs them.
