BOISE -- A Boise man accused of assaulting two women in the Boise Towne Square Mall parking lot last spring has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges.
Gregory Macho is charged with aggravated battery, kidnapping, battery with intent to commit a serious felony and destruction of evidence. He was arrested on June 5 and charged with the May 14th attack. Police say Macho tried to sexually the first woman in the mall parking lot, and the second woman was run over by his pickup truck after she tried to intervene and stop the attack.
Gregory's wife, Jessica, and his brother Richard are charged with destruction of evidence for helping him alter the appearance of his pickup. They also entered not guilty pleas Tuesday.
A jury trial for Gregory Macho has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
