GARDEN CITY -- Ada County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying two young men -- likely teens -- they say tried to pawn a stolen bike this past May using false identification.

Surveillance cameras at Pawn One in Garden City captured images of the suspects on May 29th.

Police say the young men are believed to be in their mid-to-late-teens. They're accused of pawning a bike police say was stolen at home near Hidden Springs.

Detectives say the driver’s license and other forms of I.D. given to Pawn One during the transaction actually belong to an Ada County man who has no association with the suspects.

Detectives say the man had no idea his ID was used or stolen.

Anyone with information about the males in the images is urged to call Ada County Sheriff’s detective Marc Bowman at 577-3704 or Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
