BOISE -- Boise Police say they have arrested three teenagers in connection with several burglaries in a west Boise neighborhood Saturday morning.

A citizen tipped off police to the three suspects seen near vehicles around 5:30 a.m. in a neighborhood off N. Cloverdale Road and W. Edna Street.

When officers arrived on scene they found Dylan Slatter, 18, of Boise, and two 17-year-old males in front of a residence.  One of the teens was passed out in some bushes.

Police say the suspects took several bottles of alcohol from a home with an open garage door.  And it appears the teens had been looking through unlocked cars with the intent of stealing items.

Several stolen items were recovered including lighters, a flashlight and a Nintendo video game taken from at least two unlocked vehicles.

Slatter was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail.  He is charged with three felony counts of burglary.

The two 17-year-olds are minors and were released to the custody of their parents.  They face charges in juvenile court.
