BOISE -- Just in time for this weekend's warm weather, vendors are getting ready for the start of farmer’s market season in Idaho.
The Capitol City Public Market in downtown Boise starts Saturday.
The market has been growing and now takes over 8th Street from Bannock to the Grove, and Idaho Street between Capitol Boulevard and 9th Street.
"Well, this is our 18th season, so 18 years ago when we started we had about 12 to 15 vendors, and I think we're opening Saturday with 131," said Capital City Public Market Executive Director Karen Ellis.
The Eagle Saturday Market also opens Saturday with several other markets opening in the coming weeks.
