Idaho home buyers offered incentives

COEUR D'ALENE -- Real estate agents in northern Idaho say home buyers in the region are being offered an array of incentives because of an unfavorable market for sellers.
Bonnie Allan, with Century 21 John Beutler and Associates, says sellers are more willing to help out with closing costs, especially with houses under $200,000.
Kelly Hanson, with GMAC Realty, says some Idaho residents are having a hard time saving money, so people who really want to sell their home are pricing competitively.
