BOISE -- Two Boise men are behind bars after police say they found them in possession of  Heroin.

Twenty-five-year-old Joel Baker and 23-year-old Micah Kissee were both arrested Monday night, after Boise Police witnessed suspicious activity, possibly a hand to hand drug deal near West Overland Road and South Vista Avenue.

A police dog found a loaded syringe, a metal spoon and heroin substance in Kissee's car.

Baker was found with a brown tar like substance that tested positive for traces of  heroin.
