RIGGINS -- The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in identifying two burglary suspects, and that may not be too difficult since the men looked right in a surveillance camera during their crime.
On March 21, sheriff's deputies responded to a burglary at the Rodeo Club in Riggins.
Investigators say the suspects broke into the business through a kitchen window and then kicked in the office door where the safe was located. Around $5,000.00 was stolen.
Two white males were seen on video surveillance tape entering the club just hours earlier at 3:45 a.m.
Anyone who recognizes the suspects is urged to contact the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office at 208-983-1100 or 1-800-922-9141.
Since this story first aired, the sheriff's office has received numerous tips from the public. They are continuing to investigate those leads, but no arrests have been made yet.
