KOOTENAI COUNTY -- The Kootenai County Sheriff has identified human remains found back in December in the Fernan area.
The sheriff's office says when the remains were found, a wallet was found near the area with ID's for a Jessie Dean Stacy and Jesse Dean Hayes who appears to be the same person.
Stacy/Hayes was believed to have lived in Pocatello, Idaho from 1998 to 2004, Albuquerque, New Mexico from 2004 to 2006, the Nampa/Caldwell, Idaho area from 2006 to 2011 and had a last known address in Springfield, Oregon from February to June 2011.
The Kootenai County Sheriff is looking for information from anyone who may have had contact with or knew Stacy/Hayes. They are particularly looking for a doctor or dentist who may have treated him.
