BOISE -- With extra smoke filling the sky, sunrises and sunsets are taking on a dramatic glow throughout the Treasure Valley.
Thursday's glowing sunrise splashed the valley with red-orange light. Later in the morning, a gloomy orange haze settled over Boise.
Currently, reports of thick smoke and strange colored skies are coming in from throughout southwest Idaho.
