BOISE -- If you've wanted to learn more about the submarine named for Idaho's capital city -- you have two great opportunities this month.
Members of the USS Boise support team will be at the Cole and Ustick Boise library branch at 7 p.m. tonight, and the main library on Sept. 18.
The USS Boise -- a Los Angeles-class attack sub nicknamed a "One-Ship Fleet" -- has won several Navy awards in recent years, including the best ship in the Atlantic Fleet in 2010.
And it's often decorated with Boise State colors.
Tonight's program is part of the Boise 150 celebration.
