BOISE -- In May, you will hear KIDO radio personality Kevin Miller reporting live from Iraq.

580 KIDO Radio announced Tuesday Miller will be traveling to Camp Victory, and will be embedded with the Idaho Army National Guard 116th Combat Cavalry Brigade which is headquartered at Gowen Field in Boise.

Miller will broadcast his four hour morning show live from Camp Victory, as well as be producing content and providing insight into the 116th to air exclusively on KTVB.  He will speak with soldiers from Idaho, describe their daily life, and duties in the war zone.

This will not be Miller's first time serving as the voice of our local soldiers.  Miller joined the Idaho Army National Guard in 2010 in Camp Shelby, Mississippi where they trained prior to the deployment.

When he goes to Iraq, Miller will be carrying with him thousands of "Letters from Home" from women, men, and children who want to thank our soldiers for their service and sacrifice.

Kevin Miller's live broadcast from Iraq will air every morning from May 16 to May 20, from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.
