NAMPA -- Police believe they have tracked down a missing two-year-old girl from Nampa and her father. They believe the pair are in Mexico.
Italy Phebe Ortiz's was last seen with her father, Joel Ortiz-Martinez.
Police believe the girl is in good condition and not physically hurt.
Officers believe they went to Mexico about a week ago, before police got involved. The child was ordered by a court to be returned to her mother, America Solia, on April 22nd.
They are still investigating.
