IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- Authorities say an eastern Idaho woman reported to have jumped out of a moving vehicle being driven by her husband in Montana has died.
Authorities say 34-year-old Jonell Olson Walker of Ammon died Tuesday at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, about four days after exiting the vehicle.
Police say her husband, Jeremy Walker, reported his wife was a passenger in the vehicle when she jumped out on U.S. Highway 20 about a quarter mile west of West Yellowstone, Mont.
Police say the incident was reported at 10:19 p.m. on June 1.
Police say they are investigating.
