Osprey tangled in twine saved by Idaho Power crew

STAR -- An Idaho Power crew saved the day for an osprey in distress.
The osprey was in real trouble. It somehow got caught up in baling twine.
The osprey nest is near Star.
Crews arrived on scene and managed to untangle the bird from the twine over the weekend.
