Occupy Boise appeals to judge for more leeway

BOISE -- An attorney for the Occupy Boise movement says the group's efforts to negotiate with the state has fallen on deaf ears.
Bryan Walker says protesters have acknowledged that their camp at the old Ada County Courthouse has caused some damage and he says they have offered to move temporarily for repair work.
The group is also asking a federal judge to uphold his ruling that allowed the movement's tents to remain on the site.
