WILDER -- Officers with the Idaho State Police say a Nampa man was killed in a two-vehicle accident after he failed to stop at a marked intersection Thursday night.
Police say 21-year-old Kameron Lowe of Nampa was driving a 2002 Hyundai Accent when he was broad-sided by a 2001 Chevy Silverado driven by 30-year-old Kody Stills of Wilder at approximately 9:34 p.m.
Officers say Lowe's vehicle was struck after he failed to heed a stop sign at the intersection of Fargo Road and Peckham Road.
Lowe was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Stills was not injured in the crash.
All lanes of travel at the intersection were blocked for approximately two and a half hours.
According to ISP, Lowe was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident; however, officers say alcohol may have also been a factor.
The crash is still under investigation.
