Miss Teen Idaho wins Miss Congeniality

Congratulations are in order for Miss Teen Idaho.
Hosanna Kabakoro competed Saturday night in the Miss Teen USA pageant in the Bahamas and she was awarded the Miss Congeniality award.
The Miss Teen USA Web site says Kabakoro is 18 and from Twin Falls.
