BOISE -- Gas station Maverik is raising money for Oklahoma tornado victims by using their Adventure Club rewards program.

Maverik customers that have an Adventure Club membership, can activate their accounts and donate their "trail points" to the Oklahoma Tornado Relief fund found at Maverik's website.

For every 100 Trail Points, $1 will be donated to the cause. Trail Points will be turned into cash donations and distributed from Maverik to the American Red Cross.

Maverik officials say customers have already started donating trail points and that Maverik executives will continue to monitor donations on a daily basis, before deciding when to end the fundraiser.

Anyone can also donate cash or change for Oklahoma relief by filling collector cans at participating Maverik locations.
