NAMPA -- Two people are in jail after a fight broke out at a home in the 2300 block of S. Florence around midnight.
Officers responded to a battery report and found that a fight had occurred. One of the persons involved received non-life threatening injuries after being struck several times with a hatchet and required medical attention.
Ami Lough, 33, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery. She is being held in the Canyon County Jail without bond pending arraignment.
Later, William Terry, 32, turned himself in to Nampa Police around 11 a.m. Monday and was subsequently arrested for aggravated battery.
