BOISE -- A 27-year-old man is dead following a car accident on East Franklin Road, east of the Sorrento Lactalis Cheese Factory.
Angel Lopez of Nampa was killed when he drove off of the roadway and hit a telephone pole.
The Canyon County Sheriff's Office says alcohol was more than likely a factor in the crash.
Power was knocked out to one residence.
